Sarah Douglas (Chair) is a creative project director and educator working in the fields of art, design and innovation. Her career and interests are driven by a passion and talent for using creativity to educate, innovate and inspire. Sarah graduated from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Painting and then established her own art practice in London, as well as developing the Liminal Space, a social
enterprise that connects emerging artists with corporate and private

John Lees is one of the UK’s best-known career strategists. His book How To Get A Job You’ll Love regularly lists as the best-selling careers book by a British author, and has been selected as WH Smith’s Business Book of the Month. He is also the author of a wide range of other career titles. As a career coach, John specialises in helping people make difficult career decisions. He is a regular keynote speaker at UK events, and has presented at the world’s largest international career conferences and at events worldwide. He has a regular column in Metro and People Management and has written for The Times and The Guardian.

Antoinette Lemens began her career working for a design agency in London before joining the Concept Group in Paris. For 4 years she was responsible for visual identity and brand communication for the international Kenzo account. She then became managing director of Novamark before creating her own international recruitment agency, specialising in design and marketing jobs within the creative sector.  Antoinette's placements include the heads of design at Renault, Philips, Orange and Carrefour.  She recruits all over the world including the Middle East, China, Japan, South America and Europe.

Marie Milligan is an entrepreneur performing multiple roles as a
creative consultant, an enterprise educator, a co-active coach and a
writer. She delivers courses, webinars, creative networks, and one-to-one coaching, judges and mentors on business competitions, and creates practical
start-up tools. Marie has helped thousands of students, graduates and professionals to have the confidence and knowledge to lead the career of their choice, and to start their own businesses.

Refundable Deposit

When booking you will be required to pay a non-negotiable deposit of £5 per Dream job event, which is refundable provided you attend the full event(s). The deposit will be immediately charged to your credit card when booking, and refunded within one week after we receive confirmation that you attended.
