Fine art pricing and negotiating workshop

Artists' work and skills are of great value but it can often be hard for new artists to work out what to charge, how to price work and how to manage negotiations.This workshop will be led by Susan Jones, director of a-n The Artists Information Company, who has extensive knowledge of artists' practices and livelihood strategies as an experienced adviser and mentor. 

She will discuss the basis principles of pricing and charging, and propose practical solutions for how to negotiate ‘win win’ situations. Everyone at the workshop will have the opportunity to try the techniques for themselves.

Participants will find it useful to bring a laptop or smart device to access specific websites, along with a notebook and calculator. www.a-n.co.uk
