On 8 February, the Royal College of Art hosted an event to celebrate the launch of NACUE Create and RCA Artrepreneurs, an exciting new initiative that all budding creative entrepreneurs at the RCA should know about.
RCA Artrepreneurs is a student-led enterprise society, run by and for RCA-based entrepreneurs in all disciplines taught at the College, and been formed in partnership with NACUE Create (the UK’s student network for creative entrepreneurs), FuelRCA and students at Imperial College. Artrepreneurs particularly aims to encourage and support cross-disciplinary collaborations between students and recent graduates.
Check out this short film of the launch speeches by NACUE Create's Luka Blackman-Gibbs and RCA Artrepreneurs President Lizete Druka (MA Textiles) for more information. As Lizete put it, Artrepreneurs is here to help you "make a great future for yourself, rather than hoping it will just fall into place naturally".
